The rooms were very clean and comfortable, crisp white sheets and nicely appointed. The housekeeping staff were excellent, the apartment was serviced daily and to a very high standard. The reception staff were friendly and co-operative, helping us out with additional accomodation we needed on one of our 4 nights. Car parking was easy and secure. Highly recommended!

We stay overnight and weekends in Brisbane pehaps 7 or 8 times a year and must say the most stress free and relaxing hotel we have found is The Point. With superb views of the City and the Story Bridge, ease of access, professional, attentive staff and 'boutique' atmosphere, The Point is certainly a regular destination for us. Housekeeping and attention to detail were very impressive and I particicularly noted the quality fixtures and fittings installed which add to the feel and ambience. Overall a very comfortable, pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom apartment across the street from the main hotel. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The highlight was a large balcony overlooking the marina - great for breakfast, although its a bit noisy due to the nearby highway.

When we stay away we want 3 expectations met: quiet, clean and a comfortable bed. The Point met all 3. We booked at the last minute for Riverfest and made the booking direct for a one bed unit, the friendly staff matched Wotif offer and called back when they said they would. The hotel is easy to find, near the Story Bridge, it'squiet, there's free parking, ample space in the unit and very comfortable king bed. It's a short walk to the ferries. We had a question staff couldn't answer but they went and asked someone else and told us later, great service. Only negative would be the meals in the Cafe are expensive, but what we had was very good.
